This terms of use should be used as a guide for visiting and using the service offered by Expert Writers UK in delivering the online academic and professional writing service, order payment and cancellation, and refund. In terms of use, terms such as 'company' and 'we' refer to EXPERT WRITERS UK. The terms such as 'You' and 'Student' refers to the SERVICE USER.

    At EXPERT WRITERS UK, we offer a range of online academic and professional writing services to students and professionals. Our range of services includes but not limited to essay writing, assignment writing, dissertation writing, coursework writing, term paper writing, thesis writing, research paper writing and case study writing services. We hold the right to refuse to provide the service to any student for any reason whatsoever. These services are aimed at providing assistance to students in writing their academic papers and should be taken as a guide. It means that you agree that you will not submit the delivered paper as it is. We do not guarantee any grade or marks. You agree that you will not make us responsible if you fail to secure good grades in the paper.


  • ORDER

    Being students and service user, you agree to place your order by using our website at www.expertswriters.co.uk. To place the order online, you can request for a custom quote from our official customer care support or you can find it by filling out the price page. Before placing the order you can also get in touch with our customer care support through email, live chat, or phone call. You agree to make the payment of the order upfront.


  • PAYMENT

    Depending on your amount and deadline, the company can allow you to pay in two or more instalments. However, we hold the right to refuse to offer you the instalment facility. In this case, you will have to pay the order amount in full. You also agree that after making the payment and finalising the order, you will not make any changes in the order. If your order is processed and the writer starts working on it, in case of any change in the order will be fined up to 10% to 20% depending on the changes. You also agree that we hold the right to cancel or modify any order without any notice or reason.


  • CANCELLATION

    EXPERT WRITERS UK holds the right to cancel any order with or without prior notice. If you wish to cancel your order, you are required to submit a formal request for cancellation via email. The request must be made within 12 hours after placing the order. Upon cancellation of the order, you agree to pay the cancellation fees that is about 20%.


  • REFUND

    If after receiving your order, you are not happy or satisfied with the order and want a refund, you agree to go through the formal process, in which you will send the request via email along with the reason of refund request, and important and supporting document for your request. After receiving your request for a refund, we will evaluate your request and will inform you about the status within 3 to 4 days. Bear this in mind that no refund request made based on the failure or lower grade shall be entertained by the company. However, if the writer fails to meet the basic requirements, we will consider the request.
